A Berrylicious Sunday Stash 1-18-15

My lastest fabric purchase is a beautiful bundle put together by Pile O’Fabric’s Alyssa Fincher.

This is bundle is called: Berrylicious Solid Bundle

Alyssa puts the bundles in cute little drawstring bags.

I can’t decide whether I should keep the coral (top photo, right) or to use the 4 colors below.

Kona cotton in Crimson, Pomegranate, Coral, Primrose, & Cerise.

Thought the colors would make a great concerto quilt.

The quilt calls for 3 colors besides the white.  I plan on using more than the recommended 3 to use more of the bundle.  The pattern can be made in 5 different sizes.  I have plenty of fabric to make a queen size quilt, but may just make the twin size.

The colors have a hint of Valentine’s Day but not too seasonal.  The colors are a great berry colors that can be used throughout the year.

These fabrics are a welcome addition to my fabric stash!  Thanks Molli Sparkles for hosting Sunday Stash!

About My Pieced Life

I am in love with all things quilting. My sewing room has many works-in-progress and a large stash of fabric. I have big plans and lots of ideas of creations I would like to make. My wonderful husband supports my obsession and Carson, my Australian terrier, keeps me company while I sew.

What a great bundle! I think that I would leave out the corral, or maybe just use a few bits of it

    • Thanks for the advice! The coral goes well with the fabrics, but the tone might be too bright for the other colors. I so want to cut into the bundle, but need to finish a WIP or two.

I love all those colors! Pretty Pretty! I just used some Cerise in a quilt back…I love how bright it is!
